Welcome to the Wynnstay Hotel and thank you for choosing us to host your function. Contained within this pack are menus for both sit down meals and buffets in various style. For sit down meals we will always recommend that you choose one option per course however we are able to cater for more options if a pre order for each individual course is provided at least a fortnight prior to the event. Advance or pre-ordered meals allow you to create a more varied menu for your guests, however they require a good deal more work on your part as it involves contacting every guest in order to obtain their order.
For finger buffets please choose your base menu choice then your additional item and extras if wanted, finger buffets are a much more casual way to provide food to your guests and are served from a side table where your guests will help themselves, buffets are served for approximately one hour. If you would like to change something from any of our menus please make an appointment to meet one of our advisors and we will be more than happy to try and satisfy any of your requests when possible. To make a confirmed booking we will require a deposit of £150 which is non-refundable, at this point we will arrange for you to meet with one of our advisors in order to discuss your needs in more detail. We are able to book various forms of entertainment for your event including pianists, disco, live bands, magicians and many more, just ask for details. Wines and a selection of arrival drinks can also be arranged.
