In our Lace Wedding Package your guests will be offered:
* Either a glass of Wynnstay Cocktail (cranberry juice, vodka, cointreau, a squeeze of lime and soda) or Bucks Fizz and orange juice.
* Two glasses of either a red or white New World Wine during the meal.
* One glass of sparkling wine for the toast.

STARTERS
* Salmon and asparagus terrine served in a light dill and lime dressing.
* Roasted red pepper and tomato soup served with golden croutons and basil pesto.
* Warm salad of roast duck breast and cripsy pancetta served in a sesame and honey dressing.

MAINS
* Roasted free range breast of chicken wrapped in smoked bacon served in a wild mushroom and tarragon sauce.
* Roast sirloin of beef, yorkshire pudding, porcini and oyster mushrooms with madeira and thyme infused jus.
* Roasted loin of pork stuffed with apple and prune compote served in a delicious calvados and white wine sauce.

VEGETARIAN
* Wild mushroom and parmesan risotto with a parmesan tuille biscuit.
* Caramelised red onioin and goats cheese tart served on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables and balsamic dressing.

A 7.5% discount is offered on Friday & Sunday weddings for a minimun of 70 people & is not applicable on Bank Holidays & Good Friday.
