In our Satin Wedding Package your guests will be offered:
* Either a Brides Blush cocktail (strawberry liquer, vodka and white wine topped with soda) or Bucks Fizz and orange juice.
* Two glasses of red or white house wine during the meal.
* One glass of sparkling wine for the toast.

STARTERS
* Freshly made cream of vegetable soup served with ciabatta croutons.
* Roulade of smoked salmon and herb cream cheese served in light lime dressing.
* Chicken and asparagus terrine served with homemade apricot chutney.

MAINS
* Oven baked chicken supreme stuffed with spinach and mozzarella cheese with a wild mushroom sauce.
* Roast sirloin of beef with yorkshire pudding & pan gravy.
* Grilled sea bass fillet accompanied by a prawn and garlic butter sauce.

* Vanilla creme brulee with homemade shortbread biscuits.
* Brandy snap basket filled with fresh strawberries topped with Baileys cream.
