Dog lovers, get your bags packed and head on over to Malton. We’re proud to be one of the dog-friendly venues in the beautiful North Yorkshire market town of Malton. In 2018 the town was named the UK’s most dog-friendly town by the Dog Friendly Awards, in association with the Kennel Club. Many of our local businesses allow dogs inside and there is so much to see and do with your best friend throughout Malton and beyond.

Dog-friendly bedrooms

Most of the bedrooms at The Talbot Malton are dog-friendly and we happily welcome you and your dog to join us for a short or long break in North Yorkshire. There is a small charge of £10 per dog, per stay in order to provide your pooch with the best levels of service and to clean the room thoroughly after your departure.

Local dog walks

There are plenty of long and short dog walks that start from or close to the Talbot Malton. Whether its a stroll through the streets or a ramble by the river, there are many choices for where to take your pup to stretch its legs.

Bruno is a loving boy, he enjoys his walks and especially loves the ladies, he loves his cuddles and is very affectionate. He can be reactive with other dogs initially until he gets to know them. Bruno currently lives with 8 other dogs happily .

Bruno deserves his own homes and we feel it should be a quieter home with no children with not too many comings and goings.
